Adult Intro to Printmaking – Drypoint
148 Humphrey Street
In this two hour class, participants will learn how to make and print a drypoint print. Drypoint is part of the intaglio family of printmaking, and consists of dragging sharp tools across a surface to produce a burred line. Ink is pressed into these lines to create a rich linear print. We’ll use traditional tools and contemporary tools, like a Dremel tool, to create a print.
Class starts at 7:00pm and is part of the Intro to Printmaking series.
